Indulgent
I’m a big fan of these “bath vitamins”, as my kids call them. Best investment in myself I’ve made in awhile.
I have used this form of magnesium in my bath before and I know it helps. But I’m never sure how much to use. I love that there’s no guesswork with Flewd, just pick your bag, cut open, and dump it in. I think the extras in the flewd soaks help too, more than before when I just used the magnesium flakes alone. I can tell it lasts a few days and I’m genuinely tired when it’s bedtime and not as wired but tired.
I’m so sensitive to fragrances, so I got mostly unscented, but I did also try the scented ones and as long as I don’t already have a headache, the scent is natural enough that it’s pleasant, even though it’s a tad strong. I have also used half unscented and half scented of the same type of soak and it was perfect.
